Submission Requirements:

- WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles) \n
- Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU and documents travel experience. \n
- 4-5 years of ICU experience preferred, 2 years min \n
- REQUIRED TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED \n
- Skills Checklist matching specialty \n
- Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics \n
- Current AHA ACLS , BLS, NIHSS \n
- NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL active RN licenses. \n
- RTO MUST be included at time of submission \n
- EMR Exp Required: EPIC \n

- Shift: 6:30p-7a (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) \n
- Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex \n
- Heart experience HIGHLY preferred - Manager looking at these as priority! Floating Required: Yes \n
- Scrub Color: Navy \n
Unit Specifics:
\nBeds: 42 beds (East 20, West 22), Neuro/Med: 22, CTICU: 6, Surg/Trauma: 14 Floating required if needed: To all units except Behavioral and ER (unless holding) Common patient diagnosis: Neuro/Med -Strokes, Sepsis, AMS, Neuro Intervention (TCAR), Resp Failure, CHF, Post Stemi CTICU- CV surg, Cardiogenic Shock, AAA Surg/Trauma- Trauma, Major post-op sx Specialty equipment used on unit: IABP, CRRT (PRISMA or NxStage) Ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Artic Sun)
