Job Description
Title: Maintenance Technician/HVAC Technician
\nHours: M-TH 6:30 - 5 (10 hr. days/4 days per week)
\nLocation: Fort Lawn, SC 29714
\nDuration: 3 months contract (with possible extension/conversion to FTE)
\n\n
Summary:
\nAs a HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
\n\n
Years of Experience needed: at least 3
\n\n
Level of Education: H.S Diploma or GED Systems/Software proficiencies: Basic Microsoft Office
\nOutlook Skills
\nCertifications/Licenses: CFC Certification preferred
\n\n
Top Must have Skills:

- Experience with HVAC \n
- Experience working within a team structure \n
- Needs to be flexible \n

- Experience with PM Schedules \n
