Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Medical Team Administrator at the Pickens County Detention Center in South Carolina.

This full-time leadership opportunity offers the consistency of a Monday through Friday schedule while allowing you to step into a meaningful clinical leadership role within correctional healthcare. What You’ll Do\n

• Coordinate daily medical operations and nursing workflow within the facility

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice
\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
\n
• Oversee sick call processes and follow-up care
\n
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, company policies, and facility procedures
\n
• Ensure accurate documentation and assist with quality assurance initiatives
\n
• Communicate effectively with providers, correctional staff, and facility leadership

• Help create a professional, organized, and patient-focused healthcare environment
