This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team where you'll play a key role in financial planning, reporting, asset performance, and strategic decision-making across a growing real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, cash flow analyses, and executive reporting for leadership, investors, and ownership.
  • Assist in developing and managing annual operating budgets across the property portfolio.
  • Perform forecasting, reforecasting, and cash flow modeling to support financial planning and operational decisions.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for year-end audit and tax reporting.
  • Review lease activity to ensure rent escalations, concessions, and other critical lease terms are accurately reflected in financial reporting.
  • Prepare lender reporting packages, including quarterly and annual compliance certifications.
  • Coordinate with accounting and development teams to reconcile construction and development project requisitions.
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and reports to support business initiatives.
  • Partner with Asset Management to evaluate leasing assumptions, recapitalization opportunities, and investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • CPA, MBA, or other advanced certifications are a plus.
  • 3–5 years of accounting, financial analysis, asset management, or commercial real estate finance experience.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager or Genesis accounting software is required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
