Non CDL Delivery Driver

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join a growing team. This position is responsible for safely delivering materials to customers while providing excellent service. When not making deliveries, the successful candidate will assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking orders, and maintaining an organized, safe work environment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in both driving and warehouse environments.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customer locations.
• Load, secure, and unload materials while ensuring product accuracy and damage-free delivery.
• Verify delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures as needed.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and replenishing warehouse inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus).
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Utilize computer systems to process orders, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Non-CDL driving experience preferred.
• Recent DOT physical and drug screening completed and current.
• Computer savvy with the ability to learn warehouse management and inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely load and unload materials from delivery vehicles.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions during deliveries and in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and delivery experience in a distribution or wholesale environment.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP software.
