We're looking for a bilingual full-time Front/Back Office Administrator to become an essential part of our growing chiropractic team. This position is ideal for someone who excels at creating a welcoming patient experience while keeping the front office running efficiently. Candidates with previous chiropractic or medical back office experience are strongly preferred, as you'll occasionally assist with patient flow and clinical support when needed.

What You'll Do
Front Office Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and assist with scheduling
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to maintain an efficient daily flow
- Verify insurance benefits and collect patient co-pays and payments
- Prepare, maintain, and update electronic patient records
- Scan documents, process paperwork, and ensure accurate record keeping
- Maintain an organized, professional reception area
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff to ensure a positive patient experience
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain strict patient confidentiality
Clinical Support (As Needed)
- Assist the chiropractor with patient flow during busy clinic hours
- Prepare treatment rooms and keep them clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Escort patients to treatment areas and assist with room turnover
- Administer therapeutic modalities as directed, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and hot/cold therapy
- Sanitize equipment and maintain OSHA compliance
- Support the clinical team to help create a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a chiropractic, medical, or healthcare office
- Previous front office experience is required
- Chiropractic back office or medical assistant experience is highly preferred
- Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to support the team wherever needed
