Gillmann Services is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for commercial construction projects throughout the Columbus, Ohio area. We are seeking dependable craftsmen who take pride in producing high-quality concrete work while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete on commercial construction projects.
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power finishing tools.
• Edge, joint, broom, and texture concrete to project specifications.
• Set grades and check elevations for proper finish.
• Assist with concrete pours, curing, and protection procedures.
• Read and follow construction drawings and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively with crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial concrete finishing experience.
• Experience with slabs, sidewalks, curbs, foundations, or structural concrete.
• Ability to operate concrete finishing tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
