Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Spencerville, IN 46788 and is seeking dependable individuals for 1st Shift Assembly/General Labor positions. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a stable, long-term position with room for growth.

Job Summary

• Pay: $17.00/hour

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, or until the production schedule is met

• Full-time

• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions

• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality standards

• Lift and move materials throughout the shift

• Bend, twist, stoop, and stand for extended periods

• Conduct quality inspections on finished products

• Prepare products for shipment

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift

• Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
