CNC Machinist Operator

Qualifications:

•Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED.

•3-5 years’ work experience preferred with CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.

•Successful completion of a drug screen is required.

• Ability to set up and run CNC Mill (4-5 axis is required)

• Ability to complete machining operations from drawings

• Must be able to perform work in tight tolerance parts +/-.0005

• Sets up CNC machines and makes adjustment

• Checks work using prescribes gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances

Setup job fixtures, identify tools needed for jobs, Inspect and set tool lengths, identify materials needed for jobs. General cleaning of equipment and work environment, material handling and ability inspection parts,
