• Specialty Backup Available: CRNAs, NNPs
• Support Staff Available: RN for triage, MA and LPN for assistance in the rooms

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active MN License, Universal License (IMLC)
• Board: Board Certified
• DEA: Yes
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Other Qualifications: Must be able to perform emergency surgery

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in both clinic and hospital settings, including 24-hour call coverage.
• Perform emergency surgeries and manage obstetric triage during in-house and home call shifts.
• Conduct outpatient clinic sessions, seeing 12-18 patients per day with a focus on OB (70%) and GYN (30%).
• Collaborate with an all-female support team including RNs, MAs, LPNs, CRNAs, and NNPs.
• Maintain a 30-minute call response time and adhere to hospital credentialing and compliance requirements.
