Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced MIG Welders to join a leading manufacturing facility in Kings Mountain, NC. Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on metal components according to production specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Measure and verify parts using appropriate measuring tools
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any equipment issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Required Qualifications
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality welds
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
- Experience with measuring tools and quality inspections
- Welding certifications are a plus
- Experience working with production quotas and quality standards
