Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated litigation matters, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of cases from inception through resolution.

*This role is on-site 5 days a week*

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload through all phases of the litigation process.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and support junior attorneys while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing with the NY state bar.
• 4+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience managing cases independently.
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters while delivering exceptional client service.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
