Responsibilities
Administer medications in accordance with care plans
Perform treatments as ordered by physicians within scope of practice
Monitor and document resident conditions and changes
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Support the care team and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills required
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
