Are you an  LPN looking for a rewarding one-on-one pediatric care role? BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate nurse to provide specialized care for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy in the Canal Winchester area.

This is a dedicated, weekly 12-hour shift—perfect for someone who values consistency and meaningful patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care per the approved care plan
• Perform and manage trach care
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and clean home environment
• Observe, document, and communicate changes in the patient’s condition

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Trach care experience REQUIRED
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Recent TB test or chest X-ray
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
