Trustworthy Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a juvenile client in a home setting. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while building a strong, consistent relationship with your client.


 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the established care plan
• Monitor the client’s condition and communicate any changes promptly
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Maintain a safe and supportive care environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Maryland
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Negative PPD or chest X-ray
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
