I joined State Farm in 2021 and opened this agency in 2026 after a career in logistics. I come from a family of entrepreneurs, so I understand both the challenges and rewards of building something from the ground up. I'm passionate about providing the training, coaching, and support needed to help new team members succeed.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Account Representative for Catharine Albin State Farm, you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. You’ll build relationships with prospective and existing customers, learn about their goals, and recommend insurance solutions that fit their needs.
We believe sales should be consultative. Our focus is on advisory by providing thoughtful recommendations, and building long-term relationships based on trust.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct insurance reviews to understand each customer’s needs.
  • Prepare and present personalized insurance recommendations.
  • Follow up with prospects and current customers regarding coverage options.
  • Assist customers with applications, policy changes, and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within agency systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward goals.
  • Coachable with a desire to continuously improve.
  • Comfortable learning new technology.
  • Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain).
