In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with clients, explain coverage differences, make coverage recommendations, provide insurance solutions, and meet clients needs.
Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain client relationships
· Acts as first point of contact for customer requests
· Be able to explain the coverage differences between policies, and help make recommendations
· Manage policy renewals, requotes, what-if’s, and coverage reviews
· Round out accounts by offering other lines of business
· Communicate with clients, carriers, and co-workers
