Job Title: Surgical Technologist
Location: Watertown, New York, 13601
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Day Shift 5 x 8 (07:00 am - 03:30 pm) – 40 Guaranteed Hours per Week
Start Date: 04/06/2026 - 07/08/2026

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist experience
• Must be Certified – NBSTSA or NCCT certifications only
• BLS – AHA required
• 100-mile radius rule applies
• Weekend, call, and holiday rotation required
• Must be able to arrive within 30 minutes when called in
• May be asked to precept new staff
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Function under the direct supervision of an RN
• Assist in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients
• Maintain sterile field and ensure surgical instruments are properly sterilized and functioning
• Perform scrub duties with precision and efficiency
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures
• Knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and disinfection processes in the OR
• Support departmental responsibilities as assigned
