Nurse Manager / LPN

Our resident care team makes a positive impact in the lives of our seniors as we provide quality services and a friendly smile daily.  Our Nurse Manager (LPN) at The Bridge at Valley View is our clinical leader working closely with our General Manager and caregiving team.   The Bridge is the assisted living part of our Garden Plaza campus in Boise, Idaho.

FULLTIME
3rd week rotation for on-call

Ideal Candidate as NURSE MANAGER (LPN):

• Nursing degree (LPN) from accredited program
• Active state nursing license
• Patient-centered care
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Enjoys serving seniors
• Excellent customer service and hospitality
• Trustworthy, dependable, professional
• Work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.

Tasks to Serve Residents as NURSE MANAGER (LPN):

• Leads, trains and supports caregiving and med tech team.
• Works closely with families.
• Keeps community survey-ready.
• Administer medications.
