What You'll Do

• Lead and support the Client Care Representative (CCR) team
• Oversee daily front office operations and workflow
• Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Manage scheduling, attendance, and payroll processes
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members
• Improve systems, processes, and client service standards
• Partner with hospital leadership to achieve operational goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
• 2–3 years of leadership or management experience in customer service, veterinary medicine, or a related field
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with technology and practice management software
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
