URGENT: LPN/RN NEEDED in Sandy Springs - Pediatric Case

First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN to provide one-on-one pediatric skilled nursing care in the client’s home.

Client Overview:
 The client’s primary diagnoses include Autism and Hypoglycemia. The client presents with functional limitations related to decreased sensory function and decreased cognitive function. 

Schedule: 
1x per week
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours)

Responsibilities

• High dependency for all ADLs and IADLs
• Requires structured routine and behavioral redirection
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and skin protection
• Requires close supervision at all times

Qualifications:

•  Active Georgia LPN or RN license 
•  Pediatric skilled nursing experience preferred (TPN & CVAD competency ideal) 
•  Strong assessment skills 
•  Knowledge of sterile technique and infection control 
•  Reliable and compassionate 
•  Strong family-centered communication skills
