BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home care for a wonderful patient in the Thornville, Ohio area. If you’re looking to step away from large caseloads and focus on personalized, relationship-driven care, this role is for you.
Our pediatric patient is visually impaired and G-tube dependent, and their family is searching for a dedicated nurse who delivers skilled care with kindness, patience, and heart.
Position Details

• Location: Thornville, OH
• Schedule: Monday Through Friday   | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay: Starting at $31.00/hour
• Additional Opportunities: Other shifts available throughout Columbus and surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care per the established Plan of Care
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care
• Provide G-tube care and monitoring
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing home environment
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Build positive, trusting relationships with the client and family

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license
• 1+ year of G-tube experience preferred (Willing to Train)
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Recent negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
