Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I am looking for a great nanny in Avon for 2 days a week starting in December while I am working from home. My daughter will be 6 months old. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets (we have a 5-year-old golden retriever), who is CPR certified and who has a college degree.
