Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a PT in-our-home babysitter (south Bibb Griffin Rd 31216) Thursdays and Fridays from 9-5 for a baby girl who will be 4 months to start at the end of August. I'd love to find someone early and get some mothers helper type help this summer if interested. Would love to know your experience, rates, and reference. I am looking for someone reliable, punctual, and who will be engaged with baby. Bonus points for any awareness of Montessori development, experience with breastfed babies such as pace feeding, comfort with cloth diapers, willingness to be scent free (no smoking, scented perfume or lotion in our home).
