Childcare Needed

We are expecting our first child in January. My husband works a rotating schedule as a firefighter and I have a very inconsistent schedule as a Fish and Wildlife Officer. I would like to see if there are options for a sitter who is flexible and is okay with a schedule given a month in advance. Sometimes weekend days may be needed but I will try my hardest to prevent that.
