Parents to a 5-month-old baby girl. We are hoping to find someone who will be with us long term and feel like a member of the family :) We are hoping that whoever watches our girl will spend quality time with her during wake windows and structure play time in a way that is nurturing and developmentally friendly. During her nap times we would like someone who can help with laundry and light housekeeping.
