Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for someone reliable. I am a doula and my schedule is kind of random. I work overnights so I will be in the house sleeping during morning shifts. My husband will be in his office working during the day as well. My older girl loves crafting and all things girly. Both girls love being outside and going for walks. We do have a small dog, but if needed he could be in his crate. Would expect cleaning up after kid related activities, and light things like folding kids laundry. Looking for someone who genuinely will care about our kids and keep them engaged.
