EVS FLOOR CARE TECH - Full-time

+ DESCRIPTION OF POSITION + Performs a variety of tasks related to floor and carpet care. The Floor Care Technician is also responsible for providing a safe, sanitary environment at the main campus and affiliated healthcare centers through the performance of essential cleaning activities. + QUALIFICATIONS + Professional/Educational + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Previous housekeeping experience preferred. + Good understanding of general math equations. + Valid IL driver's license preferred and willingness to travel to affiliated healthcare centers. + Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer. + Ability to work with standard EVS equipment. + Previous floor care experience preferred. + Personal + Good verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. + Ability to deal with problems involving standardized situations. + Ability to work as a team or independently.
