We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience or interest in outpatient adult care, orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention preferred.
- Comfort treating workplace injuries and providing occupational medicine-focused care.
- Ability to manage a patient caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day, with willingness to mentor or work alongside a chiropractor on staff.
- Proficiency with Prognosis EMR preferred.
- Open to new graduates and relocation candidates.

Location and Schedule:
- City: Sacramento, CA. Facility type: Outpatient clinic.
- Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Scheduling flexibility available (4x10 or 5x8 options). No weekends.
- Volume: Approximately 12–14 patients per day. Clinic will add a tech when daily volume reaches 14–16 patients.
- Multiple hiring locations across the region including National City, Salinas Rossi, Modesto, Stockton, and Soledad. New PT space opening soon in National City with anticipated early August start.
Position Expectations:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes.
- Provide education on home exercise programs and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with an onsite chiropractor and clinic staff as needed.
- Participate in quarterly SPIF incentive programs tied to performance.
