About this job

About Us

Join the Newbury Residential Team! We believe great communities start with great people.

We're looking for an energetic, optimistic leader who loves working with people, solving problems, and creating a place residents are proud to call home. While property management experience is valuable, we believe personality, coachability, and a positive attitude matter just as much.

If you're someone who naturally builds relationships, enjoys sales, leads by example, and believes every challenge has a solution, you'll fit right in.

You'll oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and property operations while creating a welcoming environment where both residents and employees can thrive. No two days are the same—and that's exactly how you like it.
