Cafe Store Manager - No late nights

We are recruiting for either a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager for the coffee concept location inside St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. The final title will depend on the strength of the candidate and the long-term structure of the team. Ideally, the current number two team member would step into the Store Manager role with the support of a strong Assistant Store Manager, though a seasoned Store Manager candidate is also being considered.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day store operations, including back-office functions and reporting.
• Maintaining established operating standards and ensuring excellence in beverage quality and customer experience.
• Building strong relationships with regular customers, many of whom are hospital staff.
• Leading and developing the team while fostering accountability and a strong work ethic.
• Operating independently with limited day-to-day oversight from corporate.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume coffee or café environment.
• Strong knowledge of café systems, standards, and full store operations from opening through closing.
• A customer-focused, relationship-driven personality.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to support, mentor, and develop team members.

Compensation & Schedule

• $25–$30 per hour
• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Benefits available and discussed individually as part of total compensation
