Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Support clients with eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation
- Build trusted relationships through companionship and emotional support
- Observe and document changes in clients' health and well-being
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Collaborate with office staff, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Genuine passion for serving seniors
- Compassionate and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain client dignity, respect, and independence
