Home Care Recruiter- Always Best Care – Puyallup, WA

Always Best Care is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing team in
Puyallup! If you enjoy working with people, supporting caregivers, and helping build a strong

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Full-time position

Pay & Benefits

• $30–$32 per hour
• Weekly pay
• 80 hours PTO
• 401(k)

Responsibilities

• Interview caregiver candidates referred through Carework
• Lead orientations and assist with onboarding
• Support recruiting and caregiver engagement efforts
• Maintain a positive and professional experience for all applicants

What we are looking for:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in interviewing, onboarding, or recruiting preferred
• Compassionate and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Passion for helping caregivers succeed and supporting quality senior care
• Wellsky experience preferred
• Home care recruiting preferred
• Some college education is preferred
