Kindernest Montessori is seeking a caring, skilled Montessori Toddler Teacher to join our warm and supportive school community. We are looking for an educator who understands Montessori philosophy and is passionate about guiding children ages 15 months–2.9 years through independence, exploration, and meaningful learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an inviting, orderly Montessori toddler classroom
• Present developmentally appropriate lessons that support independence, language, motor, and
• practical life skills
• Provide nurturing, respectful care including toileting support, transitions, and emotional guidance
• Observe each child and adapt lessons based on individual development and readiness
• Communicate thoughtfully with families and collaborate closely

Qualifications

• Montessori Infant/Toddler credential (AMI, AMS, or MACTE) strongly preferred
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification (or in progress)
• Experience working with toddlers and a calm, positive, professional teaching presence
