Join Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a Texas favorite since 1994! We’re expanding quickly and seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our locations. 

As GM, you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, build and develop a high-performing team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment and love leading with heart, hustle, and humor, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

•  Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellent guest service 
•  Hire, train, and develop team members to foster a positive, high-performing culture 
•  Create and manage schedules to optimize labor and meet business goals 
•  Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure food quality and consistency 
•  Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards 
•  Drive sales and profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience 
•  Lead by example, promoting a positive, team-focused environment 

Qualifications

•  3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual, fast food, or drive-thru preferred) 
•  Proven leadership and team-building skills 
•  Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities 
•  Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office 
•  ServSafe certification preferred
