Assistant manager

Assist the House Manager in running the group home and supporting staff and clients. Help ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment while following 245D policies.

???? Responsibilities

•  Support daily care of clients (ADLs and supervision) 
•  Help staff with schedules and daily tasks 
•  Make sure documentation (T-logs, MAR, GER) is completed 
•  Assist with medication administration 
•  Maintain a clean and safe home 
•  Report incidents and concerns to House Manager 
•  Support new staff training 

???? Requirements

•  High school diploma or GED 
•  Experience in group home or caregiving (preferred) 
•  Basic knowledge of 245D (preferred) 
•  Valid driver’s license 
•  Pass background check
