A Customer Service Representative
Being able to ultitask with assisting customer regarding products, services, or inquiries.
Being able to  handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, often through various channels like phone, email, or chat. They are the first point of contact for customers, offering guidance, information, and problem-solving. 
Do scheduling for the week for the pool cleaning techs, going throught notes, invoicing.
