Job Summary
SportClips is seeking A Store Manager to join our team, providing customers with flawless haircuts and hairstyles and helping them to look their best! As a SportClips Store Manager, you will provide haircuts using basic and advanced techniques. You’ll discuss the best products and hairstyles for each client’s needs and preferences. Most importantly, you will make it your goal to ensure that every customer leaves our salon feeling great about their new cut and happy with the services you provide.  

You will also be responsible for managing a team of talented stylists. Duties include but are not limited to creating a daily schedule, managing day to day operations, giving performance reviews, maintaining a sanitary workplace, and ensuring compliance with all industry and SportClips operations standards.

Responsibilities 

• Evaluate customers’ face shape, hair features, and personal preferences to recommend appropriate haircuts and hairstyles. 
• Wash hair at hairwashing stations with appropriate products
• Apply hair treatment products
• Execute flawless haircuts, trims, and beard details.
• Provide customers with a wide range of hair styling options, from formal to casual

Qualifications

• Cosmotology or Barber's license is required
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of hair-cutting techniques and best practices
• Familiar with a variety of treatment products 
• Up-to-date with trends in fashion and beauty
