Burn Boot Camp is hiring a Director of Fitness to lead our coaching team, deliver elite workouts, and help grow a high-energy fitness community.

This is a full-time leadership role, not just a coaching position.

What You'll Do

• Train 20–25 camps per week
  
  
• Lead and develop the training team
  
  
• Ensure high standards for workouts and member experience
  
  
• Support social media and community marketing
  
  
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings
  
  
• Help drive membership growth and retention

• Coaching or fitness experience preferred (leadership mindset required)
