• Owntheday-to-dayaccountingfunctionfromstarttofinish
• Managemonth-endclose,financialreporting,reconciliations,generalledger,AP/ARoversight,andcashflow
• Leadallconstructionaccountingactivitiesincluding:
• JobCosting
• Work-in-Progress(WIP)Reporting
• AIABilling
• RevenueRecognition
• ProjectFinancialReporting
• Partnercloselywithoperationsandprojectteamstoensureprojectprofitability
• Developbetterprocesses,reporting,andinternalcontrolsasthecompanycontinuestoscale
• CollaboratewithexternalCPApartnersontaxandyear-endactivities
• Helpbuildtheaccountinginfrastructureforthenextstageofcompanygrowth

• 3+yearsofconstructionaccountingexperience
• Strongunderstandingof:
• JobCosting
• WIPReporting
• AIABilling
• PercentageofCompletionAccounting
• ExperienceusingQuickBooks(Enterprisepreferred)
• Comfortablebeingaone-personaccountingdepartment
• Provenabilitytobuildprocesses,improveworkflows,andcreatestructure
• Highlyorganizedwithexceptionalattentiontodetail
• Someonewhoenjoyssolvingproblemsinsteadofwaitingfordirection
• Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossalllevelsofthebusiness
