About Us
We are a small, values-driven Progressive ABA practice built around one core idea: great clinicians are developed through strong mentorship, meaningful experience, and the opportunity to truly understand why we do what we do.
At Guiding Connections, we focus on intentional skill-building embedded within natural, meaningful experiences. Our approach emphasizes clinical decision-making in the moment, joyful and engaged learning, and thoughtful treatment that evolves with the individual.
Our clinical model is built around Progressive ABA, naturalistic teaching, assent-informed care, and Performance Management principles.
We don't expect newer BCBAs to walk in knowing everything.
We want to teach, support, and develop clinicians who are excited to learn.
The Role
We are looking for a BCBA who wants to become an exceptional clinician and, over time, grow into a leadership role within our company.
You will work closely and directly with our CEO and Clinical Director, a BCBA with nearly 20 years of experience in the field.
This is a hands-on mentorship environment. You will have opportunities to strengthen your clinical decision-making, work through complex cases collaboratively, and learn how to support staff through real, in-the-moment clinical work.
You will:
This is not a sink-or-swim BCBA position.
We know that passing the BCBA exam and becoming a strong practicing behavior analyst are not the same thing.
Clinical judgment develops through experience, mentorship, feedback, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians.
At Guiding Connections, you will have the opportunity to learn the clinical thinking behind treatment decisions—not simply inherit a caseload and be expected to figure it out.
As you grow, your role can grow with you.
BCBAs interested in leadership may have opportunities to become involved in staff development, clinical training, quality improvement, and other areas of organizational leadership.
Who This Is For
This role may be a great fit for a BCBA who:
You do need to be curious, open to feedback, and excited to grow.
Requirements
Becoming a BCBA is a significant accomplishment. We want to support what comes next—continued learning, meaningful clinical experience, and the opportunity to continue developing as a thoughtful, skilled clinician.
We are building a team of clinicians who want to keep learning, think deeply about their work, and provide meaningful ABA services.
If you're looking for a place where you can develop your clinical skills, receive real mentorship, and potentially grow into leadership over time, we'd love to connect.
