Roofing Project Manager

Position Summary:
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the field, knocking on doors and building relationships with potential customers. This role is for those who are not afraid of talking to strangers and are ready to take charge of their career. If you’ve got roofing sales experience, that’s a plus; if not, show us you can sell just about anything.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door sales to generate leads and close deals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Educate customers about our roofing services and products.

• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up effectively.

• Opportunity to develop and lead your own team within 12-18 months.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in roofing.

• Strong work ethic and self-motivated  and competitive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills; you know how to connect with people.

• Must have your own truck, ladder, and tools for the job.

Compensation:

• Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions.

• Experienced roofing salespeople start with a 10/50/50 commission plan.
