Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about child progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Help with meal and snack preparation and cleanup.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CDA or relevant coursework preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Background check clearance required.
