Finance and Accounting Supervisor

INTERIM FINANCE/ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Temporary role with our client in Greensburg, PA.

Workplace Type: On-Site

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve operational processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyze financial variances
• Oversee and support two on-site team members
• Perform accounting functions including account reconciliations and journal entries
• Coordinate with external accounting firm responsible for monthly bookkeeping
• Manage and coordinate audit preparation and execution
• Other duties as assigned



Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and accounting processes
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
• Experience coordinating audits
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
