We have an immediate opportunity for a full-time Client Care Supervisor. The ideal candidate is able to multitask, is organized, and enjoys working with a team.
Job Summary:
Responsible for all tasks associated with staffing, communicating with and mentoring caregivers, and communicating with clients and their family members. This is a Temp-Permanent position (60 days introductory period) The primary business objective is to provide excellent customer service, mentor and retain high-quality caregivers, and increase our billable hours to meet business objectives.

Job Summary:

Job Duties:
- Handling logistics and customer support associated with new client service
- Staffing Caregivers on client shifts
- Communicating with clients and their family members about their care and about our services
- Collaborating with shared care providers
- Maintaining online client charts and documenting client communications
- Perform client and caregiver quality calls
- Participate in caregiver orientation process
- Visiting clients in their homes, on occasion
- Prior experience in a private duty or skilled homecare agency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior staffing/scheduling experience
- Ability to work independently
