Eileen's Cookies Edmond is a growing bakery known for fresh, high-quality cookies and desserts. We’re looking for a passionate Cookie Baker who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in creating delicious baked goods from scratch.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of cookies according to recipes and production schedules
  
  
• Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately
  
  
• Monitor baking times and oven temperatures to ensure consistent quality
  
  
• Decorate or finish cookies when needed
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  
  
• Assist with ingredient prep and inventory when needed
  
  

Requirements

• Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
  
  
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions carefully
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
  
  
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays if needed
  
  
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs
