About the Role:
Forefront Global Logistics LLC is looking for a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing team in Elk Grove Village, IL. Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the logistics and freight industry
• Manage and grow an existing book of accounts through consistent communication and exceptional service
• Identify customer shipping needs and present tailored freight and logistics solutions
• Collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure seamless execution of client shipments
• Negotiate rates and contracts with clients to drive revenue and profitability
• Track sales pipeline activity and maintain accurate CRM records
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in logistics, freight, or supply chain
• Strong understanding of freight brokerage, transportation, or 3PL services is a plus
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and close new business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed goals
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
