About the Role:
Join our passionate team at Creative Development Child Center as a Child Care Teacher in Southborough, MA. You will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young minds in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth.
• Encourage social skills and teamwork through group activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. (optional)
• Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting. (optional)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Background check clearance required.
