Line Cook
Hey there! We're on the lookout for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that will delight our restaurant guests.
We're seeking someone who's passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through good, quality food. With previous experience as a cook, you should be able to juggle multiple priorities and contribute to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. Ideally, you'll have your ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification.
As a Line Cook, some of your responsibilities will include inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas, ensuring the freshness of food and ingredients, and regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and fryers. You'll also be in charge of cooking and seasoning food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience, and responding to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism.
This job requires the ability to lift 30+ lbs and work standing for 8+ hours. If you have previous experience as a restaurant cook, possess effective communication skills, are at least 16 years of age and share our passion for good food and exceptional hospitality we'd love to hear from you!
