Warehouse Associate needed for Fredericksburg, VA

Position Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Northern VA


Status: Full-Time

Number of Positions: 1

Qualifications


· Must be U.S. Citizen

· Must pass a background check once hired

· Must be able to work safely and drive a forklift

· High level of customer service

· Possess good oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

 

Responsibilities


- Provide Excellent Customer Service.

- Show up on time.

- Do the job correctly the first time.

- Keep the warehouse organized and parts in order.

- Maintain vehicles.

- All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
